Delivery
We ship throughout Denmark, and you are also welcome to collect your order free of charge at our showroom at Amerika Plads 33 st.th, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.
Shipping and delivery time
Items in stock are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders are sent with GLS. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a track & trace number so you can follow your parcel.
We reserve the right for items that are sold out at the time of ordering. If an item is on back-order, we will contact you.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the delivery method you choose.
Free shipping on orders over DKK 1,500.
Collection at the showroom is always free.
Collection at the showroom
If you choose collection, we will let you know when your order is ready. Orders can be collected during our opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 10.00-17.30
Saturday: 11.00-14.00
Made-to-Measure
Made-to-measure items are produced specially for you. The delivery time is confirmed and agreed individually when you place your order.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us at info@jkmenswear.dk or +45 53 79 80 08, and we will find a solution.
Delivery abroad
As a rule we only ship within Denmark. If your order needs to be sent abroad, please contact us before you order, so we can agree on shipping options and price.
